First, I darkened tho photo using Levels and Curves. And to add a bit more darkness I created a new layer that was black and erased the black around the house to make the house stand out. Then I just lowered the opacity of the black layer. After that I put in a Lens Flare and changed the Hue/Saturation. I blurred the light that was outside the door to make the light that was inside stand out a bit more. I added in Clouds then erased the Clouds that were anywhere but the house. This giving the light more depth.

First I did global changes such as Levels, Contrast, Hue/Saturation and Sharpen. After that I did a few local changes. I used Replace Colour to make the sky more blue and then used the Burn tool to darken it. I also used the Burn and Replace Colour tool on the grass to add more colour into the photo.
